INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE COSTA RICA (en adelante, EL ITCR) con sede en Cartago, Costa Rica, cédula jurídica número cuatro mil – cero cuarenta y dos ciento cuarenta y cinco – cero siete, en el marco de la Ley de Protección de la Persona Frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales (Ley No. 8968) y su reglamento en el Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, me ha informado que será RESPONSABLE del uso, tratamiento y seguridad de los datos personales que voluntariamente le proporciono, los cuales serán tratados para los usos y finalidades que se detallan en el presente documento. I. DE LA FINALIDAD EL ITCR me ha informado que la finalidad por la que recopila mis datos personales es: (i) Gestionar la reproducción de material publicitario físico respecto a los servicios que presta EL ITCR con fines de comunicación a la sociedad, así como fines publicitarios. (ii) Difusión de la imagen a través de redes sociales, servicios de Mailing y página web institucional, así como cualquier otro medio digital existente o por existir con fines publicitarios y de comunicación de los servicios que presta EL ITCR. (iii) Usar, brindar y/o transferir esta información a los proveedores de servicios tecnológicos que contraten con EL ITCR, así como a autoridades y terceros autorizados por ley. En ningún caso, se almacenarán las imágenes recopiladas en un banco de datos personales. II. DE LOS DERECHOS ARCO EL ITCR me ha informado que podré ejercer mis derechos de Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición a través del siguiente correo internacionaltec@tec.ac.cr y/o a través de cualquiera de los canales establecidos en la página web de EL ITCR.

INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE COSTA RICA (hereinafter referred to as ITCR, for its acronym in Spanish) located in Cartago, Costa Rica, with legal identification number four thousand – zero forty-two one hundred and forty-five – zero seven, within the framework of the Law for the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Personal Data (Law No. 8968) and its regulations at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, has informed me that it will be RESPONSIBLE for the use, processing and security of the personal data that I voluntarily provide to it, which will be processed for the uses and purposes detailed in this document. I. ABOUT THE PURPOSE ITCR has informed me that the purpose for which it collects my personal data is: (i) Manage the reproduction of physical advertising material regarding the services provided by ITCR for the purpose of communication to society, as well as for advertising purposes. (ii) Dissemination of the image through social media, Mailing services and institutional web page, as well as any other existing or future digital media for advertising and communication purposes of the services provided by ITCR. (iii) Use, provide and/or transfer this information to technology service suppliers that contract with ITCR, as well as to authorities and third parties authorized by law. Under no circumstances the images collected will be stored in a personal database. II. ABOUT THE ARCO RIGHTS ITCR has informed me that I may execute my rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by sending an e-mail to the following address internacionaltec@tec.ac.cr and/or through any of the channels established on the ITCR website.
